Get to Know Ronald E. Miller Jr., DDS, FICOI, DIDIA

Dr. Ronald Miller has over 15 years of experience and is one of two owners of Spring Creek Dentistry. As a skilled and highly trained implant dentist in Spring, one of his favorite aspects of his career is getting to repair and restore missing and damaged teeth and watching his patients’ confidence flourish in the process. There’s nothing that compares to helping his patients go from wanting to cover up their smiles, to not being able to stop smiling by the time they’re leaving the office! Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

When Dr. Miller was completing his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, he had the opportunity to observe at a local dental office and enjoyed working with the team and dentist. He was moved when he saw how much of an impact they had on their patients, which was the motivating factor behind his applying for dental school.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University before attending the University of Texas Houston School of Dentistry. Since earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Miller has never stopped advancing his skills. He has completed countless hours of continuing education with an emphasis on dental implants. He’s also a member of the following professional organizations:

  • Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI)
  • Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association (DIDIA)
  • American Dental Association
  • Texas Dental Association

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Whenever Dr. Miller isn’t at the dental office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Amy, who is a part-time hygienist at Spring Creek Dentistry, and their three children. He plays guitar, enjoys building furniture and cabinetry, likes endurance racing, and loves to travel. A fun fact about Dr. Miller is that he’s in a cover band that plays 70’s and 80’s rock and country!
